2	Whoever supports foreign governments only supports disbelief	Kufr is a serious charge and no one has the right to accuse a Muslim of disbelief. It is meant to be a court proceeding
3	Whoever engages in actions of innovation (bid‘a) has fallen into disbelief.	Innovations can be haram, but also necessary, e.g. compiling the Quran. Things harām don’t take you out of Islam, and require repentance
